Understanding נמשל and the Proximity of אצילות 0:03
See, it's amazing when you like understand the נמשל a little bit, אצילות is a lot closer to home. צמצום is a very real thing in front of you, and even א"ק, it's like a very real thing in front of you, you know what I mean?
Yeah, and even God, hey, maybe there is a God,
you know? And also just appreciate what it means, like people's, most people's idea of God is so limited, it's like עבודה זרה, you know what I mean, compared to what to the real thing, because their idea of God is like ז״א of אצילות.
Like that they see God as being this this being that's like infinitely wise within the way that they define wisdom, and like He has to be wise within that way, or else like He wouldn't be perfect. And so God has to be perfect within that and excel within the definitions of their thing of wisdom and kindness and and and creative ability and knowledge, and but that's all the vessels of אצילות, and that's like what it says in תניא in different places about how like all these things that it says that like הוא המדע והוא היודע והוא הידוע is like only in the vessels of אצילות and lower, because the whole thing that we have of like God being this perfect, ultimate being, and like that God must possess all of like the advantages and whatever, like the way that it's normally discussed, is only is already assuming that certain things have a מעלה to them.
Problem of Attributing מעלה to God 1:35
But really you're if you if you assume that certain things have a מעלה and therefore God you must attribute them to God, you're saying that those that the מעלה of those things precedes God and like forces His being, and like binds Him, that He's bound to these laws that He has to conform to it. And they say, "Well, it's not really a limitation because it's a מעלה," you know what I mean?
That only works within חקירה, but at the end of the day, that's not true. God doesn't have to conform to, you know what I mean, this מעלה, God sets the מעלות.
God creates the מעלות. That being said, I would like to repeat my one of my favorite conclusions of all this, that our רבי is greater than their God.
Yeah, most people's God is so low that like not even like our רבי, like even like סתם some פיצקע וויצקע צדיק, you know what I mean, or even just like a simple Jew that like reveals a little bit of like his soul and like מסירת נפש and these kind of things is able to go out of more limitations than their God, you know?
בעל שם טוב and the Jew’s מעלה 3:00
And another thing, you know, it says that the whole thing, the בעל שם טוב, what it was revealing, with חסידות and everything, the main thing of it was revealing the מעלה of a Jew.
So we have to appreciate the מעלה of a Jew. Yeah, a Jew goes beyond all of this stuff.
