Rashimo Limits the Light of the Bones 0:01
מצד בחינת הרשימו המגביל כל אור העצמות באופנים שונים, which those limitations are coming from the רשימו, because it's the גילוי of the אור אין סוף through the רשימו. So the רשימו is all of different ways that השם can reveal His אור. Like the משל of the teacher that has all different explanations in his head. So all the explanations that he has is like the רשימו. And then his knowledge, which transcends all the explanations and unites them all, is like the עצמות of the אור.
And so now when he's measuring out for the students, so what he's doing is he picks which explanations to use and how to set up and create a structure to limit it, which is really in a way superficial, because he sees how it's all connected, but he also sees how it could be divided up into all different kinds of ways.
So he picks the way that he thinks is most appropriate for the student and he explains to them, and then as they go up the ladder maybe he shows them how really it's connected more than he made it look like, and it's not so simple. You know, like when you learn things in a lower level, they try to make things really simple. Like when they teach you about an atom and electron, they teach you like, you know, the Bohr model with like the balls with the little balls spinning around them and stuff.
But then when you get more advanced, they tell you really it's nothing like that at all. That's way too simple. And, you know, it's really not that divided, and really you can't like point to where the electron is at all, and it can barely, it's not really even a thing, it's just this energy field of like, you know. In other words, the real עצם of the way they understand it, it's like not a system.
But then when to explain it to make it simple, they put this whole system and explanation on it, but it's totally not like that.
Unifying Addition and Subtraction 1:46
Yeah, really any concept is not a system, like math. They, you know, they make this thing like arithmetic, there's addition and there's subtraction. But addition and subtraction, you don't really have to make it the division, you don't have to separate between addition and subtraction like they're two opposite things or different things. As soon as you start adding negative numbers, then they're the same thing.
ונמצא מצד עצמות האור שבקו ניכר בבחינת היולי לכלול ולחבר את הכל. So it comes out, when we look at the קו, there's two sides you can look at it. From the side of the עצמות of the אור that's in it, it's a היולי thing to unite everything.
It has this essential ability to unite everything. ומצד כח הרשימו המגביל שבו, but because it's coming from the רשימו, המגביל שיעור ומידה לכל, to be able to give a limit and it's able to impose this like artificial limitation and order onto everything. על דרך האיזה בחינת השיעור הראשון שנכלל ברשימו זו, according to the, however he decided in the רשימו how he was going to do it.
על דרך משל אומן, like a משל of a craftsman, like an architect, העושה רושם שמגביל אופן של מעשה, like he makes a blueprint for how to make whatever it is, let's say it's a house. But it could be a chair, you know, or an ארון קודש, or a silver קידוש cup, you know. First they draw out the plan of how to make it, and then make it.
So now that he's actually making it, he has his his blueprint and he has a little key on the bottom that says like this, you know, means one inch, you know, like an inch on the paper means like a foot or whatever, or ten feet. And and then he has his measuring stick and he goes and measures out how, you know, he builds it, right? Like that's what you need.
You get a measuring rod and you measure one inch and then you measure ten feet and you follow the blueprint for the house. שיהיה הכל מדוקדק כמו שכל המשער בעצמו.
So now he has this blueprint in order that everything should be built exactly the way that he decided. שלא יטה ימין ושמאל. So the the main thing of the רשימו is that he doesn't want to deviate from his original plan, so he makes like a blueprint so that it's all set and he doesn't have to rethink, it's like there. Which in the נמשל is the ענין that it makes the world look like it's set.
It looks like it's a certain way and that it can't be a different way. To make it look like it has a טבע, yeah. That gives us the ability of עבודה, because like in a classroom, for example, with a teacher, or any type of educational thing, if you want to put the burden of effort on the students, you have to make it that the class has a strict system, and that if they have to conform, they have to do their homework in a certain way, they have to answer the tests in a certain way, and if they don't write their name and the date and do things a certain format, you're not going to give them credit.
Really, you don't have to do that. You could just, you know, see that they get... Some teachers are much looser style. They see, yeah, you know, I see you tried making effort and you understand, and I'm going to give you credit.
But especially for younger kids that are immature, if you want you have to, if you want to make them work and feel, especially and also they should feel like they're accomplishing things, has to be demanding. It's only going to be demanding if you say it has to be a certain way. You have to just create, you don't care really if they do it if they do it right.
Write their name in this corner and the date in that corner, and you know, do it in a certain format, you don't really care. You just kind of invent this format, but then you make it as if that's the rule, it has to be done that way, or else it's no good. What do you mean? You're the teacher, man.
Teacher’s Rigid Rules and Control 5:19
What do you mean, where do you get this magical rule that things have to be that way, you know? But he makes it like as if that's it, it's outside of my control.
It has to be that way. So then you say, well, wait a minute, ואף על פי שלפעמים יהיה תוספות אור בהנאצלים יתר מכפי מאמר קו המדה וכו', but sometimes God breaks the rules, and he makes more of a גילוי than the way he says it's supposed to be. He said that really in order for it to be a גילוי, you know, it has to you have to do this עבודה and whatever, and sometimes you just get inspired and you didn't work.
Sometimes God gives you a freebie. You know, sometimes God inspires people or shows them השגחה פרטית or a miracle, and they didn't work for it.
So what happened to this whole thing that we have that we have to do עבודה and the thing, the main thing of the קו המדה in like עבודה, is that God, like it says in היום יום, that it's impossible you have the with the three types of התבוננות, that it's impossible to get a גילוי אלקות without doing all three steps in order. You can't jump, you can't skip steps.
Sometimes he says God will give you like a little גילוי מלמעלה, but that's a special thing, but normally you have to go through all these steps or else it won't work. You will not be able to get אלקות any other way without doing all three steps of התבוננות. So that's the קו, what you you know, that's that's the whole thing, that God sets it up and you have to go through every single step of the השתלשלות, or else it won't work.
And you have to be מתבונן on each one, in the way that we explain in chapter one, you have first the בינה, the the length, and the width, and the depth, and then you have to get the חכמה, and the כתר, and you know, it's a whole עבודה. Yeah, and then and then sometimes God gives them freebies, and they get this inspire inspirational thing, but it says doesn't last, it's not בפנימיות, but you know, sometimes it happens that God makes more of a גילוי.
Right, sometimes the teacher breaks the rules, he makes an exception for somebody. יתר מכפי מאמר וקו המדה, היינו בכח העצמות דוקא. Has to be דוקא from the כח העצמות, that he can make it more, שלפעמים יאיר כך ולפעמים יאיר כך. Sometimes he does it this way, sometimes he does it that way, that way.
And this is like you were just saying, like the משל of the teacher, that sometimes he you know, even though first he creates a class plan, which is like the קו, that we're, you know, they're first we're going to do this, then we're going to learn that, and he has a whole thing for each day and what they're going to do, and what order they're going to do it in and everything.
When Teachers Break the Planned Lesson 7:33
But then sometimes he goes out of the class plan. And he just like he says, he takes them on a trip or something, like to NASA, and they're like little kids and they're learning science, they don't understand, but the point is that it gives them a wow.
To realize that there's something way above them, and so then it motivates them to want to work to go higher, but they realize that they could do it. And so that's like, so like קריעת ים סוף, that השם gave them a גילוי that was like משה, they had like נבואה, like like משה's נבואה, bigger than יחזקאל, you know, like really so it was like משה's. And it was like way beyond their level.
And also like in מתן תורה, that השם gave them like a big גילוי way beyond their level. So a taste of עולם הבא, and everything, they're like צדיקים, but that was just the so that they would appreciate what they could eventually reach, but then then afterwards it went back to the plan and they had to start doing on their own, but it was to motivate them to want to, you know, get there and realize that there's much more and it's really beyond what the way they're learning it, the way they're doing it now, you know, and they should realize that.
And then sometimes they're bad. And then like you said, he just tells them to sit there and gives them extra problems to do, or tells them to just sit there and do nothing, you know. And so what happened to the plan? You know, when we were supposed to learn more or whatever, and instead, or he gives them a pop quiz, you know what I mean? And so, but that's the thing.
It's because really because it's coming from the עצם, so the teacher can decide whatever he wants. There's two things. First of all, so that means he can decide to do what he wants, so he's not really stuck in the plan, because he made the rules, he can break the rules. That's one thing.
Consistent Goal Behind Teacher’s Mood Shifts 9:07
And the second thing, is that you say, well, what happened? Yesterday he was real nice, and today he became mean. So is the teacher nice or is he mean? So we say, no, he didn't change. It's really the same קו. He wants the students to learn, you know, to understand the subject, and if he measures out that it's to be good for them to have the regular class, then he'll give them the regular class.
If he thinks it's better for them to have something special, he'll give them something special. If he thinks it's better for them to have a punishment, then he'll give them a punishment. It's really the same goal.
He's just being measuring out according to the מקבלים what they need. He wants them to understand. So say, oh, the teacher became mean. He said, no, he didn't become mean. It's it's the same thing. וזה הטעם כל בחינת התחדשות בארבע אביע הכל מעצמות אור אין סוף שלפני הצמצום דוקא. So this is the reason why any new thing, any change at all in the light of אביע, has to come from עצמות אור אין סוף, before צמצום, דוקא.
Because that's the only one that has jurisdiction to change the קו, to change the plan. So once the plan is set, if everything was running, let's once a teacher makes a class plan, you know, some teachers are like this, they're like these robots, and they make a class plan, and they have to follow it, even if and like they make it like they're totally stuck in the rules and they're not human, and they can't make an exception to be, you know, even like they're totally unreasonable, and like, you know, they don't care.
Like, you could be dying, they don't care, they won't give you an exception. You know what I mean? Cuz that's it, this is a system. Because you have to, within once you have if you set a system and that's then that's it, it's a system, you have to follow it, you know? But because if you want to change it, you have to go to the עצם. It has to be like a human thing.
So the same way, any change that's going on the השתלשלות, which is really every single moment there's really changes going on if you look at it, cuz it's not really like a system.
But for sure when it's like an obvious thing, like a miracle or whatever, it has to be coming from the עצמות. Or a hurricane, yeah, or anything. דהיינו מפני שבעירוי העצמי נירה אור בקו זה, because the light that's coming on the קו is coming from God's עצם אור. לפעמים בתוספת, לפעמים בגרעון. Sometimes it comes more, sometimes it comes less.
Architect Can Alter the Blueprint Anytime 11:17
So even though it's being measured out according to a system, whatever, but it's really coming from the עצמות, he's deciding. In other words, the architect himself is taking the blueprint and building the house. So even though he made the blueprint, and he so if he wants, he can decide to say, "Well, I'm following this, and I don't care about anything else. Like this is the way it says, this is the way it's going to be."
And he make can make it like, "That's it, that's the plan, we have to do it." But if he wants, he can also say, "You know, I made the plan, I can change the plan." And he can make something bigger than it says, and he can make it smaller than it says. He can do what he wants.
